"Excellent maintenance response time and service by Chris and Alex and the support crew. Custodial crews do good upkeep. David, Brenda, and Irma are a great help in the office."

"It's became a bad place to live. The management talks down to the tenants. The manger just told me it's not her job to call for maintenance to fix the hot water heater. She got mad at me for telling her to get off her high horse. She has done nothing to make this a nice to live. In the last year j have pruf of mold in my apartment and they say I don't. I lived in a construction when they took my kitchen apart for mold . Took them two months to fix. Read all comments before you move in. Take the ones that are just a year old. They have had apartments that flooded when we had those bad rains the people had to clean their apartments themselves."

They are knowledgeable, polite, friendly and patient. They have been so instrumental getting through the moving process. I really like my apartment and am so happy I am here."

"I am disabled and have lived at Ventura Beach Apartments since May. Brenda helped my service dog and I move in when turned away from all other apartments without blinking an eye. Lost my therapy bird shortly after moving in, flew out the door. Was scared, Jonelle at the front desk instantly helped post missing bird with pictures on Facebook. Bird was found and Jonelle called me saying my bird was at a rescue and to call right away! Amazing and great! Brenda, David, and Jonelle are always nice to answer any questions I don’t know or help me figure out how to pay bills. Chris, Alex and Alejandro are constantly working on building maintenance and up keep but will stop and help us out if approached and asked. From management, office staff to maintenance have helped us out so much it restored our faith in humanity. The neighbors who live around us are very nice and caring. Us are grateful to live here!"

"This is not a luxury by any means. The front of the property is a facade. The constant water shut off's are absurd. They don't actually find a solution to the problem instead they create a narrative that suits the situation. The laundry facilities are forever broken and they do not provide any service for them. They don't have security that actually does anyone good. The place is beyond run down and the office staff is horrible. If you choose to watch your money go to absolute waste this is what you'll get. The reviews that "sound good" are merely just a contest for the office staff to make a quick $100.00.. seriously! Flooding due to constant water issues that are never fixed."
