"This is in the heart of the Sunnyvale, CA, with very good Cupertino schools. The complex is close to all facilities needed by a family, such as schools, shopping complexes, groceries, hospital. The bus stop is also in a walking distance. The highway 280 is about 2 miles away, so very convenient. The condo price were in decline for 2007-2011 when the HOA was on a legal issue, it sued the construction company. There were plenty of buyers but could not close the mortgage because of lawsuit disclosure. But the legal issue is over and since then the price is going up. The condo in this complex is still under value. There would be a jump of 100K in all its sale in 2014. This a good complex for starter with two kids."
