"Wonderful stay with almost no flaws. And considering mine was an extended stay, that does mean a lot. Room was spacious, housekeeping regular, breakfast spread adequate, facilities like the gym and pool table well maintained (didn't try the pool) The parking is access controlled and had sufficient space All of their staff are welcoming and are always greeting you with a smile. Would recommend!"

"I recently stayed here after 6 months but everything has changed for the worse. It feels there is a significant decline in the quality of service and overall experience largely driven by the new management. Specifically, they have higher rates now, less housekeeping staff, no fresh fruits or variety in breakfast, evening social are also quite bad."

"Bed bugs in room 422. Never choose this hotel again!!! I reported a bed bug bite issue online on the same day, but received no response. After feeling a bit better six days later, I had to call back myself. Nobody can understand how itchy bed bug bites are unless they've experienced them. Jacob Stein, who answered my call, was very dismissive. He insisted that bed bugs wouldn't appear until 2-3 days later, implying that the bugs weren't from the hotel or that I was lying. Does he not understand how bed bug bites work? He claimed the room was thoroughly inspected the same day they got my email but didn’t respond due to the holiday. But the hotel operates 24/7; how is that possible? He accused me of threatening him because I mentioned writing a Google review. Is sharing my experience to prevent others from getting bitten a threat? He offered to refund my points but then asked what more I expected. As a hotel manager, shouldn’t he know how to appease a dissatisfied customer? He made it sound like I was trying to exploit the situation for benefits. I wish he would spend a night in room 422 to understand his customer's plight before speaking so rudely. I'm suffering not just from the bed bug bites but also from his insensitive words. This has been a very distressing customer service experience."

"The service is amazing!! Alex was great and really made us feel welcomed. He really stood out for great customer service. David was so nice to us when we were having breakfast. My toddler is a messy kid and everyone was so patient and sweet. The breakfast is top notch and delicious and really made my life easier as a mom. My son loved the food too and had a big appetite. The rooms are super clean and we loved having a kitchen in our room. It felt like a relaxing home away from home. Thank you to all the staff!"
