Twin Pines Manor Apartments

"I am a current tenant at MJM properties . The slumlord Lina enters your apartment whenever she wants and spends hours without notice taking pictures and videos on apartment. ( caught on camera ) . The fire alarm in this building is not normal it is so loud that it has caused me serious anxiety issues .. there is no parking available and during lease signing process it was told to me by Lina that she will assign a good spot which never happened even after six months of staying here , there are homeless guys parking at the visitor spots and my parking spots for days . The packages are being stolen and management doesn’t care about anything after several reports submitted … there are also roaches / bed bugs. Their maintenance team knocks the door at unnecessary hours and enters the unit even if you deny the permission which makes feel very unsafe . I do not recommend this place to protect sanity ."

"I lived in this apartment complex two years ago. Everyone here was so nice and helpful, including the landlord. I guess I got one of the newer studio apartments on the second floor. I loved that it was close enough to mine, and my partners work. I do hope to come back and visit the place to walk down memory lane. I also loved that it was close to the park and target. Excellent location, but the price could of been a bit lower."

"I used to live here but had to move when it burned down 2016. This place had roaches and bed bug infestation. Please don't waste your money here. If you do a quick tour, pay attention and you will see that it’s still the same old place with a new coat of paint. The place looks new because they had to do restoration after the building burned and was declared condemned. You can search the fire, it was big news. Beware of the slum lord quality of living here. I’m hoping to help save people from wasting hard earned money here."
