"I had an absolutely wonderful experience while living at Lincoln Glen. The staff was extremely personable and attentive. They kept the grounds beautifully maintained and responded to all needs. My unit had modern amenities and lived up to all it was advertised as. I would recommend considering Lincoln Glen as your next home."
"Scheduled a tour for 10:15 but no one showed up and the leasing office was locked. Called the leasing office but no one answered. I had to travel 30 min to this place and waited for another 30 min for them to show up. Total waste of time. Very bad customer service."
"My husband and I lived at Lincoln Glen for 6 years and through that time we've been very satisfied with the apartment and management of our complex. All premises were kept neat and staff were very helpful in maintenance requests. Front desk staff Maria is incredibly kind and professional; even after we moved she had been able to retrieve packages sent to our old address."
"Lincoln Glen apartment Management and specifically Hope has been extremely non-helpful and unprofessional management. I have lived in > 5 communities/houses in Bay Area. They have given me the only and worst experience. 1. Repair: They don't responds to repair calls for days/weeks. Unless followed repeatedly. My kitchen lights were broken, bathroom tap was leaking for weeks. 2. Loss of thousands of dollars: I wanted to a room-mate legally. Hope delayed my multiple applications for approval, having all the room-mates I found, leaving the option. As they can't wait for longer. She was quick in accepting my application. But once they have their apartment rent coming-in. They stop caring. The lingered the application for days before addressing them. 3. They don't let you keep the furniture of your choice, in our own house space (front-yard), unless they like it. Apparently, it doesn't goes with the decor of the community. It would be thrown away if not picked. This is grey area, but would have appreciated if mentioned in the contract. As opposed to forcing the tenants later. The apartment was overall ok. The air-conditioners (at least in my apartment) were super-old and not effective. It was not enough to keep the apartment cool in summers. I couldn't believe not having the dishwasher would be such a big pain. Extremely non-supportive over-interfering management. Overall, I am glad I was able to leave them after my lease expired (9 months). It was funny, when Hope asked me to stay, as I have a great tenant to them. I have all the proofs (email) for the above incidents. Happy to help anyone to provide context."
"Great location. Clean and comfortable apartment. Safe territory. You can always swim in the pool or play tennis. Our son loves to play in the yard with children after school. Neighbors are very friendly. The staff is responsive, always quickly solves problems. Recommended for families with children. Excellent Stocklmier elementary school."
