"Want to live in construction site? Come here and experience! If you ever thinking of moving in, don’t. The whole place is under renovation according to the management team. “Every home will need to bear with the noice for a few months and it is written in your contract” This is according to the management team which is the only thing they are certain of. Well, if you are reading this and thinking you might be the lucky one that they tell you that your neighborhood is already renovated. LOL no…. All the houses here is old and there are zero noice reduction. I guess unless you want to experience drilling and hammering like you experienced during your wisdom teeth surgery (with the noice 100 times louder) come live here! Here are the schedule. The start drilling at around 7:45 AM and stopped at around 11:30 AM for break and go back drilling after 12:00 PM. Sleep? Unless you can’t hear. Interview? Guarantee fail… WFH? Zero productivity…. Online courses as student maybe? Well what’s the point of the taking the course if the noice is louder than your professor? Remember don’t trust the management said to you? They told me the drilling and the hammering should be stopped last week by their educated guess. When I ask them to reach out to the renovation team to get the exact time. They said it is not possible. Obviously it is either they hire aliens to renovate their properties and not “possible” to understand their language or the renovations team hired the management team and the management is not dare to ask their boss for deadlines… I can think of no other way why retrieving this information could be impossible. Back to the noice problem, the whole place has no such function. I can literally hear what the workers talking while they drilling. Thus, if your neighborhoods is already renovated enjoy the conversation noice, dish washer, washing machine noice by your neighbors. Else expect the drilling every morning. (Yeah, sort of confirmed they are not aliens and they do speak language exist on earth. ) If you consider moving in and reading this. Don’t think it is a possibility issue, it’s not. Don’t ever consider this community. Paying Over 3k dollars of monthly you deserves places that don’t drill your brain out every morning. With that price, go get a hotel that costs around 100+ dollars a day will worth much more than this literal construction site."
"This community has been under the Prometheus group over the last few years. Prometheus group bundles this along with St. Francis to potential tenants when they advertise and try to showcase the property. If the year is 2024 then may be things below have changed but if you are reading this in 2023 do keep the below in mind before you decide on leasing at this location. Good luck, happy renting :) Pros: 1) Maintenance requests are addressed from Prometheus in a timely manner 2) It is a nice, clean community that is located in a central location in Sunnyvale 3) No thefts or issues related to vandalism even with a semi-open parking lot Cons: 1) Renovation work has been going at this location for all of 2022 and is expected to last almost the entirety of 2023 - the leasing specials may not be worth it if you are needing to or are considering working from home as the noise is a lot 2) There will be frequent water shut downs - which at times are planned and at times are emergency related as the renovation crew tends to encounter surprises from time to time as it's a relatively old building (this is what was shared with me by the leasing office) 3) The units on the higher floors shake and vibrate even if your neighbors are running their washer and dryer. There are existing and known structural integrity issues which hopefully the property management company will address in the years ahead. 4) With these large property management companies like Prometheus there is a lot of misinformation and the individuals over at leasing office aren't really available to support you once the lease is signed. The focus is on sales alone, not so much around issue resolution. While some may deem this to be a generic statement there are individuals like Aaron who try to be patient and understand the problem at hand and offer meaningful resolutions. But if you are unlucky and have to deal with others like Miguel then good luck to you - there is a massive difference between what is communicated, committed and finally delivered - leaving you as a tenant flustered and frustrated. The time that you will spend to resolve issues will not be worth the effort. 5) Do not expect to stay here for multiple years as they will land up increasing rentals by ~9.88% annually (well within the law for Sunnyvale). For the same set of amenities you do have better options available within a 1.5 mile radius of this and the St. Francis location. 6) Massive lack of clarity on utility calculations. For those of you having in unit washer and dryer, please expect to double pay for the common area laundry facility as well as it is all metered centrally"
