"It seems like they try n blame Yu for something that broke but these homes are old n falling apart. When they fix things they don't do them properly so they break within a month n they'll try to charge Yu for it. It's expensive n not worth it. Also the safety of the place has definitely gone done. It seems like they are always switching management. If you guys need affordable housing/low income housing check out CHD they have multiple locations through out the bay area."

"I had such a bad experience with the new staff they are soo irresponsible and they take zero responsibility for maintenance, the new staff is not at all cooperative and the manager is very disrespectful. I loved to live at Henderson avenue as the old staff was very good. But now I have doubts about it"

"What could I say it was my home & job for 28 years. Great place to live & raise your family. The schools are all within walking distance. And there is shopping & dining within walking distance as well. The place is ran like an apartment complex with free maintenance but you get your own detached home with a driveway, yard. Go see why you dont have to rent an apartment you could rent a home instead."

"I have no choice for negative marking.. I was stayed 2 yrs and i got lots of bad experience here. No maintenance ... few things to fixed up to inform leasing office but they never came in 2 yrs and they replied its happens so don't complain. Any time they increased rent without you inform even they will not return my deposit.. every time when i call in leasing office they said we are under process but still its i don't receive."
