"Have lived here for 6 years, Michelle who works at the office is amazing and the maintenence guys as well, they are always there to help and fix what needs to get fixed. Normally rent does not go up much each year except the past year. They are also in need of new pool furniture, which we should have gotten before the summer in 2018 but we're still waiting. An extra trash dumpster would also be great... Besides that love it here!"
