"This is my apartment. When asked they said "it's surface mold" and just wiped the walls with cleaner. Didn't bother to find the root problem, didn't bother to see if the mold was in the walls. And it gets like this every winter. Other cracks and mildew, they just painted over the problems I'm this apartment never fixed them"

"Reviews are not what they seem. They don’t bother to properly fix things or mold issues. BEWARE. Reviews are deleted if you talk bad about them. Screams problematic instead of fixing the issue head on or addressing it. The “guy” in charge of fixing problems is too lazy to do anything about it so they do the bare minimum to “fix” it & it’s a TEMPORARY fix that eventually grows into something much bigger to the point where they should relocate and fix the root problem but they won’t. Why should they?? Btw if you do pay your rent online on THEIR website, it’s a $50 bonus fee added on top of your rent…just so you can PAY them."
