"Creekside villas appointments is a nice place to live. The property is very well maintained and the staff are wonderful, helpful, and understanding. We have lived here for almost 9 years and it's very central to everything. You got the trolley and freeways close by. What I like most about living here is that everyone keeps to themselves and it's very quite and peaceful."

"My mom and I have been living here for a year now and it is the worst place possible. 1) there is no parking, everyone just parks wherever they want. 2) not a safe neighborhood. You hear gunshots late at night. My car was broken into once 3) rats and they don’t care. All they do is have pest control place traps and call it a day. Seriously?! This is not sanitary and not okay for residents to live with rats in their homes. It’s a health hazard. 4) messy people. Literally people leave trash on the floor right next to the dumpster! There is no AC. For the monthly rent this place is not worth it. Stay away!! This apartment complex deserves to be shut down! This place deserves 0 stars"
