"Despite the bad reviews this place has received in the past, there is a new management here now and they have been great to us. They look out for their tenants, communicate and handle any issues they may have quickly and efficiently. Apartments are nice and spacious and we love the pool and hot tub. Utilities work well, too. Would recommend."
"Horrible apts the A/c is an old 1970’s unit in your living room that doesn’t cool the bedroom. They have repairs that they bandage and resell units after moving current tenants to another apt do not move here if you are military they are on the do not rent list! Stay away from these apartments they look great on the outside but have horrible maintenance issues that show in time after living there!!! YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED!!!"
"Awful experience with management during the holidays. They towed my car from the lot because I did not have the recently changed permit displayed. The only notification of a parking permit change I received was a flyer at my door that was placed there while I was traveling for the holidays so I did not see it until one week later. They then towed the car four days before Christmas. I never received a phone call or an e-mail to ask for confirmation that I received the flyer even though my previous parking permit was displayed and they had my car information on file. I was forced to pay $684 after Christmas to get my car, not to mention the Lyft fee to get to the lot where my car was. I spoke to management about the issue when I got home and saw that my car was missing and they brushed it off and said they couldn't do anything. They said they had notified everyone of the parking permit change in May but I never received that information via flyer or phone or email and in the seven months since then, no one informed me that I didn't have the proper permit displayed until they towed me just before Christmas. Just a ridiculously pathetic way to treat a resident that has been here for a year without any problems and hasn't complained any time the office has been slow to respond to maintenance requests or questions because they hardly ever pick up the phone or are in office. Worst experience I have ever had as a renter."
"I lived here for 1.5 years, because it was nice to be close to the hospital where I worked. But it was the WORST rental experience I've had in 15+ years of renting. Similar to prior reviews, the property itself isn't too bad. The issue is terrible management and lack of response to tenants' concerns. Brie in the office was always rude to me and did not respond to emails. She even accused me of stealing something one time when I went into the office to pay my rent. When I looked surprised and confused, she claimed they had video camera footage of me and kept insisting to the point of harassment. I complained to the manager who brushed it off. The manager, Oracio, is like a used car salesman; he'll make empty promises to your face but never actually do anything of substance. He is supposed to open the office at 9:00am but is never there until after 10. I had numerous large maintenance issues: 1. Flooding emergency in the bathroom shortly after I moved in that required the whole shower wall to be replaced (took several months to complete) 2. Broken washer that wasn't replaced for a month 3. At another point, my whole building was without hot water for over a week while they tried to fix it, leading to multiple people moving out around that time, as noted in other reviews. The one maintenance guy for the whole apartment complex, Raul, is the only reasonable staff member. He is nice but overworked. When I moved out, I cleaned the place thoroughly, but they still took $150 out of my security deposit for "cleaning." DO NOT MOVE IN HERE. YOU WILL REGRET IT."
"Lived at this apartment complex on a 1 year lease. Had no problems at all with either the old or new management. Received almost all of our security deposit back which is a testament to the management team. Raul Kuilan, who is the Maintenance Supervisor, was one of the main reasons why I moved to this property. He genuinely cares about the units and how residents are doing. He was always willing to go the extra mile to make sure everything was squared away."
