"As a corporate housing company, we work with numerous communities on a daily basis spanning all across the U.S.. We just completed a huge project in San Diego, and we, along with our guests couldn't be happier. From day one, the staff here has been incredibly welcoming and accommodating with our team and with our guests. Their dedication to ensuring residents feel at ease and supported is unmatched, especially their Assistant Manager Chris, he is a rockstar! Their proactive methods guaranteed smooth coordination between our team and the community, providing our guests with an exceptionally comfortable stay. Chris' dedication to ensuring resident satisfaction are truly remarkable. Maintenance requests are handled promptly, and the team goes above and beyond to make sure everything is in perfect order. I highly recommend this apartment community to anyone looking for modern apartments, a peaceful, well-managed, and enjoyable place to live. Huge thanks to the amazing staff for making this such a wonderful place to call home! Your unwavering commitment to delivering exceptional service distinctly distinguishes this community. Our team highly recommends Circa37!"
"You will always find bad reviews about any place, including Circa, but I have to say these are great apartments. For me it's very important how responsive the management is, because they will either be the root of your problems or the solution to solve them. While I cannot say everything is perfect (for instance wifi in the lobby is working 50% of cases despite how many times I've asked to do something with it, making it impossible to work outside of your apartment, which is a bit sad), but when it comes to crucial things, such as get something fixed, seek advise or help, their team is really helpful, especially Viktor! Thank you, man! ) The team always organizes, I think, at least 2 events per month or even more. That's how we started to eventually hang out with some of our neighbours. It's great how disciplined Circa team is in terms of events organization, meaning you can regularly expect something new. The fact that Circa shares amenities with apartment complexes nearby also gives you A LOT of fun stuff to do. I think it will take me a year+ of living here to really get to know all the possible recreation rooms, pools, saunas, gyms, and primarily people around. It's never lonely here. NO HOMELESS PEOPLE in the area! Dog park nearby. Overall, if I'd go back in time, I would still choose Circa."
"Words cannot describe how much I hate this apartment. My apartment and my car have been broken into, things constantly get stolen whether it’s my packages or my personal belongings. I don’t feel safe here. I’ve been followed around at night multiple times. One person followed me all the way to my door. There was a break in that happened while I was home. The apartment itself is terrible quality and super loud. I get no peace. I can hear every footstep my neighbors take above me. I’ve filed multiple noise complaints because I can hear their dog barking as if it’s inside my apartment and it happens nonstop. Leasing agents are nice and helpful until you actually live here. I’ve been yelled at by them when my dog peed on the wrong grass. Just find another place to live. I can’t think of a single redeeming factor as our apartment costs as much as a mortgage."
"****Potential Renter Beware of Future Move Out Charges****** Things at Circa37 were pretty pleasant for most of our stay, and I will put a pros and cons list at the bottom to give you an idea, but the move out process is where I feel Circa's management is taking advantage of people by charging them fees for painting when it's included in normal wear and tear because of that I had to give them a low rating because it's just not right to try and take advantage of people. The issue is I was charged $152.78 for painting, one of Circa's management team Margo, told me that the paint is supposed to last 36 months and they prorate the amount of time you have been living there, so since we were living there for just over a year they gave us a credit for $92 for paint and charged us the rest. **Disclaimer** This prorate amount for paint is not listed in the lease. What is on the Lease is, The Landlord may charge the security deposit for the following items, (2) The repair of damages to the premises, exclusive of ordinary wear and tear, caused by the tenant or by a guest or licensee of the tenant. We did not have damages that were exclusive of wear and tear and I have included photos for people to see. Overall, I did enjoy living at Circa and the pros definitely outweighed the cons but being deceptive in your move out charges is something I think people should be aware of before they sign a lease. Pros: -Access to several amenities as well as access to West Park and Purl Amenities (Since Covid, this has changed, only allowed to use the property you live in) -Pool is great -Convenient to shopping and Interstate -Walking distance to several shops, park -Parking was never an issue -Soon to be Elementary school Cons: -Maintenance on several occasions marked requests as completed when they were not -Several of the fitness equipment in both Circa37 and West Park gym were broke -Hardwood floors are installed on 2nd and 3rd floor apartments meaning you can hear every step the person above you makes -Appliances are awful, they are the same cheap white appliances that always break except in stainless steel to make them seem more expensive -Little closet space -People do not pick up after their pets"
