"Very, very EXPENSIVE small studio, no pets allowed, no pool, no gym, fights in the parking lot and around the complex constantly. Lots of police activity throughout the week. The areas populace is a mix of degenerates, homeless drug addicts, and low lives. Next door neighbor is a bi-polar, crystal meth addict who doesn’t sleep. Always has people over at night. Probably a drug den. I do not recommend living here."

"I would not recommend this place. It started of well but there are too many bad apples that steal from you. I had to sue and one rep stepped in and gave me my money back after a year. 90 percent of the workers are bad but there is some good people here-if you can reach them"

"Diana was very kind and helpful. Front Office staff and property management have been super helpful throughout the entire process. Walked in, was able to see a clean, well kept studio equipped with a nice kitchen, bath, and central AC. Got positive reviews from residents on the property. I applied and was approved within 15 minutes. Location and quality are optimal for this property."

"I genuinely got in before Covid before they had an amazing person that helped me n my brother her name is Hope I recently found out she’s another location what I’m dealing with at this present moment horrible the present management Dianna horrible I’m surprised she’s still there pretty soon ligation horrible I hope someone regonized her way hopefully her boss she’s not a genuine good person at all I’m sure someone will agree"

"They rejected me based on the weight of my certified service animal. I am 99% certain this violates state law. While I can't speak to living there, I can't imagine what practices they may be engaging in with tenants. Very bummed :/"
