"If I could, I wouldn’t even put a 1 Star. From the start, the apartment conditions were bad. The place is so antique is almost falling apart. When we moved in, the carpet was filthy and infested with fleas. There were missing blind folds and on top of that, they were broken. They only replaced a few, and left almost all of the windows missing with blind folds. We had to call management to get us pest control, and even after they came, we had to call them 2 times to fumigate because it was so infested. My boyfriend and I always kept our place tidy and as clean as we could. Even when we moved out, we cleaned a bit to leave it in good condition. We gave $1100 for deposit, just for the landlord to refund us $206 like really?!!! On the break down of the disposition, it mentions a lot of things that they are charging us for things we never used & never destroyed. They didn’t accomplished their end of the deal from the start so why should we be paying for it?! The landlord mentioned they were charging us for dirty blind folds. Those blindfolds got dirty because they decided to wash the walls with water pressure in order to paint the walls, in which we never got a notice from them. They’re charging us for dish antenna & dish cables. WE NEVER USED DISH!! On top of that, we can’t even reach the landlord, we always have to go through management & even yet management can’t give us a clear answer or a form on how to reach him. I don’t recommend this place at all. PLEASE STAY AWAY!!! It took us a whole month to get the check, making us take at least 4 trips. Their communication reaches same level of service."

"Lived there for 2 years and thanks God we got out. The owner screw us over with the deposit charging for simple cleaning and missing blinds(previously missing from previous tenants) more than 400 dollars, a dish antena that was placed there by previous owner $75 and another $75 dollars for leaving connected a cable from cox internet. We never hang anything and still got charged 120 for wall repairs and “holes” when we actually did not do any, we tried to leave everything clean to get the most money back as possible but with this owner it was imposible."

"I lived there for a year, it’s quiet, management is very friendly and helpful. Neighbors were respectful. I lived there very comfortably. The property is well taken care of. Pool and laundry room are kept clean. Manager always answers phone calls or calls back."

"The landlord originally bought the property to sell off as coom in isms but the real estate market crashed. The landlord is so cheap that he has the manager and his wife doing EVERYTHING. the managers are the plumer, gardeners, maintenance, security, cleaners, you name it they do it. Unfortunately it's just way too much work for 2 people. in result the complex suffers. Neighbors don't always pick up after they're pets or make sure their trash makes it into the dumpster."
