Reviews
"My last review was removed and I'm going to post it again, no matter how many times it gets removed. This place looks like a jail. Neighbors have no sense of personal space or privacy. Crackheads are everywhere around the complex, more due to the 7-11 that's a 30 second walk away. You have to pay for parking, but people will still scratch or bump into your car, or take your parking spaces. Good luck parking on the sidewalk, you'll only be driven insane trying to fit in to a spot or realize that people park badly on purpose- so that no one parks near them or to block other people from parking in general, just because they can. There's also a lot of break-ins that happen in that strip of parking. I lived here for 2 years, and I hated it. The only reason why I stayed as long as I did was because once you're trapped here, its hard to get out due to their ridiculous rent prices and CONSTANT rental increases its almost criminal, no utilities included, have to pay SDGEs ridiculous fees, they used to cover part of wifi fees until they removed that, parking fee, and other charges that it makes it very hard to move. No one in their right mind would rent here if they are making well above of what it costs to live here. I'm glad I escaped this place, there is no reason anyone should be paying 2k+ for a 1 bedroom with a nearly non-existent kitchen in a complex that looks exactly like a jail, since you're living with a bunch of shady people, inside and the surrounding areas of the complex. It certainly felt like a jail here. Children are screaming all the time and leaving the mess of toys everywhere, and the parents almost encourage it by the way they behave. There was a shoot-out down the street over a pack of cigarettes- look it up, it was on the news. Police are constant coming in and out of the complex for a variety of reasons. If this doesn't scream "DO NOT RENT" and you ignore this warning, you probably would fit right in with this terrible place. The only good thing about this place was the property manager, Sally. She was really nice and very flexible with whatever you needed. She communicated well with the whole complex. I feel bad that some people would be out-right rude to her. She made a lot of updates to this place, like have actual working cameras, work on the locks of the gates when they were damaged, coordinate maintenance when needed, and other small things that the previous 2 property managers didn't do. Its no wonder why they didn't last. 5 stars to Sally, -100000 to this dilapidated and shabby property. Do not rent here."
"Overpriced, dilapidated units. Plumbing is terrible, washer and dryer machines alway break, management is a joke. They made me pay for a parking spot then had my car towed since they “were still figuring out the parking situation”. Avoid the stress and find a better place to live. Be weary of any properties owned by Constellation Reality."
"the manager of this complex is so kind and easy to talk to. My boyfriend and I really appreciate her. She is doing alot of work to turn this complex around and it shows. We love you Sally!"
"Me and my partner been living here for about four 5 years with all managers being switched around and the washer and dryer’s constantly broken and old mangers saying it going be fixed. They are very quick to to take your money but will never give you a discount on rent. When you talk to them they seem annoyed as if you are problem. We would move but there really no law protecting tenants who pay there rent in time. They charge water and trash as if this place is five star resort and we don’t have washer and dryer in unit. The amount of rent charge is not even worth all problem it has. We have new managers and try go upper managers but there is annoyed look as if I am asking for moon we would moved but medical condition prevents that. Look for a place with washer dryer"
"Tons of miscommunication between property management and upper management. Was quoted one price the entire time and multiple times at that, for the general manager to completely change the cost when creating my lease agreement, then proceeded to take no responsibility for the miscommunication of the team running the property, as if they had told me the same thing she was. Wasted three weeks of time I could have been looking for a real place to live."
