"I love the place, except for the roaches, and when u step outside, the homeless and dog poop all over the place. But I'm thankful for the roof over my head. It's got parking and laundry room . Thank you alcove."
"ROACHES ROACHES AND MORE ROACHES. AND THEY KNOW EXACTLY WHERE THE ROACHES ARE COMING FROM AND REFUSE TO ELIMINATE THE SOURCE. THEY DO NOT CARE ABOUT THE RESIDENTS. THEY REFUSE TO GET SECURITY. HOMELESS PEOPLE JUST WALK RIGHT IN BEHIND RESIDENTS AND STEAL LAUNDRY OUT OF THE WASHERS AND DRYER. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND FINDING ANOTHER PLACE TO LIVE UNLESS YOU LIKE ROACHES."
