"Just moved to San Diego from Boston last month, and this apartment complex is a true gem among all the housing options that you'll find around here. 1. It's very conveniently located in the middle of everything. Whether it's IKEA, Best Buy, Target, restaurants, grocery stores, or even the airport - nothing is more than 10 min away. 2. Both the leasing and maintenance staff are amazingly helpful!!! Dina, on the leasing team, was very polite, patient, and helpful when my wife and I were looking through different units, and helped us find the perfect apartment. Similarly, other members of the leasing team, Natasha and Amber, are always happy to help with a smile. Equally important, the maintenance team, Edgar and Antrone, are friendly, quick, and efficient and resolved any issues we had right away. 3. The facilities are clean, look fairly new, and well-maintained. With a game room, pool, 24x7 gym, convenient mail room, etc. - it has everything you'd need. From a rent perspective, it's not cheap, but you get what you'd expect from a luxury apartment complex, if not more. 4. Parking is very easy to find in the garage and conveniently attached to the main building. 5. Lastly, I like the design of the building. It's a nice refreshing mix of blue and grey colors that set it apart from the mainly yellowish apartment complexes that I'd seen before I settled on this place. I would highly highly recommend them!"

"I don’t do many reviews but I felt obligated to leave a review for the maintenance team (Antrone & Edgar). My dryer suddenly went out and I put a maintenance request with Natasha. I was prepared to wait a couple of days for the team to come out, but they were literally at my door in 20 minutes to troubleshoot my dryer. Unfortunately my dryer wasn’t salvageable, but they had a replacement in 15 minutes!! Amazing tenant service if I don’t say myself. Thanks guys. -separate review for The Townsend as a whole- Amenities are top notch! Multiple roof top bars to get a glimpse of the sunset or have a cup of coffee. Heated pool, spacious jacuzzi, and plenty of cabanas/fire pits for you and your guests. The gym is very nice and clean. All of the floors are mopped and cleaned daily, and whoever was in charge of the interior design of the common areas needs a pay raise. Parking isn’t assigned, but I never had a problem finding parking on my floor which is a huge bonus! Leasing team has exceptional service as well, they’re always so positive and kind. If you’re looking for luxurious living, look no further!!!!"
