"This place is a joke !! They still employee the same manager!! How funny!!please don’t stay here!!they have bed bugs and roaches !! they make you sign an addendum letting you know they have them"
"This place is nasty. I lived there for two years and it was the worst place I have ever lived in. Management yell at you and threaten you in written forms and directly. Threatening notes hanged everytime at tenants door. Do this do that!! They topped it when the elevator broke and they didn't fix it making tenants with disabilities taking the stairs for at least two months that I witnessed. Parking garage is a mess and cars do get broken into. Be aware do not move here!"
"DO NOT COME HERE. Property management is a joke and will resolve NO issues. Stolen property, not resolved. Issues with payment they expect you to take the fall for. I get a notice on my door saying I have delinquent rent and despite being up to date and they refuse to accommodate for my schedule and even refuse to acknowledge an appointment that I made room for. When I spoke to the lady at the front desk they hung up. I must reiterate as clearly as can be stated. DO NOT TAKE UP RESIDENCE AS THIS JOKE OF A COMPLEX. A waste of money and time."
"Management staff here have been really great very helpful when I did have a problem. The rent is really very fair price according to market value and there is a whole lot of renovation going on both inside and outside of the complex it'll make living here a more pleasant experience for everyone. These apartments are located in East Village and sometimes outside the complex there might be an occasional issue or two but no more so than anywhere else in East Village. Whenever I've had a service issue they've been very prompt and resolved it and that's a great experience for anyone no matter where you rent and I would have to say their maintenance crew does go above and beyond the call when it comes to taking care of our complex if you're looking for an economical place to live or a permanent place to live whatever your needs may be the studio apartments are pretty neat utility free and air conditioned with hookups for cable and internet I've lived here for 5 years and overall it hasn't been a bad experience at all."
"Do not stay here, this place is ghetto, half the residents are slobs and by Sunday the elevator looks like a dumpster. They don't clean the underground garage or have the outside windows washed. The new place I moved into have already done both and I've only been there 3 weeks. Oh ya, expect the fire alarms to go off frequently in the middle of the nite, and lastly, don't expect getting any of your security deposit back no matter what. All that for almost $1100 a month for a 280square ft studio!"
