"Great location, love how conveniently located it is to downtown without having to deal with the noisy crowds. Golden Hill is a gorgeous neighborhood with walkable convenient stores, restaurants etc. with plenty of FREE street parking! When I originally inquired about this property there was only 1 unit available, it wasn’t actually available at the moment but would be when I was ready to move out of my previous apartment. Michael Rucker, the property manager sold me on the unit before I could even see it. I signed for the lease late December, saw it for the first time January 8th & moved in on January 11th. I took a big risk, but I loved the location & Michael did everything he could to reassure that the unit would be what I expected & it definitely was. Six months in and Michael is still checking in on his tenants and making sure everything is up to par. The maintenance services are great as well. My ac wasn’t working during one of the recent heat waves and Gaspar our onsite handy man saved the day! Overall, I am pleased with my decision with Golden Pacific, the staff & pricing given that the neighborhood is a hot commodity !"

Michael, the Property Manager ,has been great through the whole process, from going through the application to moving in and even going above and beyond when I had some things come up with my unit.
