Stadium Arms Apartments

"Stadium Arms is hands down one of the best properties I’ve ever had the pleasure of living in. The neighbors and the staff here are incredibly warm and the complex is clean, quiet and quaint. As soon as you move in, you Immediately feel at home. The location is central and therefore close to anything you might need; gas, grocery’s, COFFEE! (Make sure you try S3 down the street) Much of what I love about the culture at Stadium Arms has to be credited to Maintenance & Management. I have never had a more responsive and helpful manager . She is super professional, personable and easy to work with. If you ever have a maintenance issue, maintenance shows up in no time and gets it done and done right. My family and I recently moved out and I’m already missing it."

"I've been here for almost 4 years: Don't let the low rating fool you, this place is a little slice of heaven. Whatever the apartment complex lacks in, is made up by having a warm and welcoming staff that work tirelessly to make you feel at home. Maintenance. The maintenance crew is ALWAYS there. Never have I had an issue that lasted more than a day. Great response time and I've never had an issue with them. The Management at the main office is very consistent and she doesn't play around. She is very transparent, keeps constant communication with in the residents, and holds a high standard of professionalism. She will make you feel like a part of the family. Amenities are humble but still make for a descent Gym/Pool. They could use a new sauna. 95% of neighbors are quiet. Homelessness is bad in San Diego but The Staff usually go above and beyond to keep vagrants away. This place is OLD but I honestly look forward to living here for another 4 years. Being in the Navy, its nice to know that even when I'm gone, Stadium Arms is never an issue I have to think about."

"I lived here for nearly two years and it was a great place to live. I lived in the top area of the complex and they had an extra laundry room there to make it easier to wash. Whenever I had maintenance issues, I would put in a service request through the portal and it was solved quickly. The lady at the office was really helpful as well when I had questions. I only ha: one parking spot which can make it difficult if you live with someone else."

"Lived here with my husband when he was in the military. Loved the apartments and the landlord loved us a lot. Maintenance was always available. Laundry site was great. The only downside is that they are old & don't have central AC. We had a bad ant infestation. We were blessed to find a reasonable price in a nice area like that. Loved the fact that rent could be paid online too!"
