"I have a view of the pool and live on the 3rd floor. Great view and beautiful sun rays into my apartment. Whenever I need assistance with maintenance in my apartment I can put an easy work order in through the website and they come to fix it within the same day. The staff are great people and I haven't had any issues living here."

"The elevators weren’t working for a full month during winter break, and they never addressed it with a curtesy email. There were cockroaches when we first moved in and you have to pay for packages to be shipped to you. The place is at best “okay” for student housing. They’ll also have a lot of incentives for you to give good reviews, they bribe the residents with free stuff so don’t be deceived by the influx of positivity lol. However they do have affordable and convenient amenities (such as having a washer and dryer within your floor plan.) Every now and then they’ll make fun events too."

"Really couldn’t be happier with 5025 apartment complex! My son is a student at SDSU. It is stressful looking for housing but so glad we chose this complex. The communication is prompt. The maintenance requests are handled professionally and in a timely manner. The location to SDSU is great. The apartment itself is spacious and clean when we moved our son in. If you want some exercise you can walk to SDSU. About a 20 minute walk. Or you can take the free shuttle. I also love that they host fun activities at the complex monthly. Great way for students to mix and mingle and make new friends. My son renewed his lease for next year so that says a lot too. Definitely recommend 5025 complex!"

"I really enjoy living here because it is very convenient. There is a gym and pool onsite, a shuttle that can take to and from SDSU, and if you want to go explore San Diego every thing is less than a 20 min drive. The maintenance guys are super nice and helpful. If you ever need anything they are good at answer emails or requests in an adequate timely manner."

"this is my first couple months living here and so far it hasn’t been too bad. I like living here at 5025 and honestly you get what you pay for. I think the staff has been pretty helpful with any questions/concerns i have had. As well as maintenance getting handled when a request form has been submitted. They throw on fun little events/activities for their residents pretty often as well. For the location of 5025, I’d say we’re in a really good spot. Especially only being 5 minutes away from SDSU, as well as not that far from the nearest beach."
