"DO NOT MOVE HERE! I’m advising you this place is not it. Management sucks, there is molds everywhere on all the apartments, lately they have been charging us random fees for everything. Parking situation is terrible, if you park outside the apartment they will break your windows and steal things. Everything sucks about this place. Every 3-4 months the pipes are bursting and there is water all over the apartment."
"They are older buildings. The property is next to a small park. The most excellent management and maintance staff live here. They are quick to respond to repairs. The apartments are 1-3 bedrooms. There is a pool, spa and an affordable laundry room. Many residents have lived here a really, really long time. I have been here for nearly 4 years."
