"My third day in my new apartment and I requested service for a few minor things such a new air filter (just be sure it’s new as I have asthma), my shower was leaking and a blown light bulb. 15 to 20 minutes later I had a knock at my door and it was the maintenance man Senior Jesus Sanchez. Very nice and professional man who fixed everything in about 20 minutes. His friendliness and customer service are amazing and very much appreciated. If you need assistance, ask for Senior Sanchez. Thank you. Jeff"
"Yesterday I asked the manager at the resident office how much it would cost to park my second car and he said $65. Today I came to the office again, but that manager was not there. I was met by Jacob, I was ready to pay $65, but the manager said that in addition to $65, I also need to pay $25 to Reliant... I don't understand why no one is talking about this right away? I asked Jacob what I should do now, because I don't want to pay an additional $25 because no one told me about them! Jacob said to call Reliant, I said ok and started calling, Jacob asked me to leave the office, I asked why? I want to solve this problem now and I won't leave until I do. After 5 minutes, I called that company and started talking on the phone about my question, then the manager Jorda came and forced me to leave the office, I told her that I was currently talking on the phone and she persistently asked to leave the office, in other words, kicked me out of the office... I am simply shocked by this complex, namely by the service and attitude towards its residents. This is terrible! Terrible service and managers. I do not advise anyone to waste their time and nerves on this complex!"
"I just want to comment about the maintenance team, they are awesome I really have to give Jesus 5 stars he’s professional. Did a fantastic job and offered useful tips for future care of the appliance I asked to get repaired. I’m really happy with the job and hope he stays around."
"This place has potential. Cleaning need to be ramped up. Many tenants own pets and they seem to relieve their pets in unauthorized places. So the cleaning staff maybe need to double in size or clean mores spaces frequently. The location of the complex is ok, it’s a bit of a walk to the shopping center, but it is doable. The upside is the have 2 peloton bikes and a nice lounge area always nice and clean. And there is not a lot of people in the common areas at any given time so therefore you enjoy the amenities."
"Three year olds could manage these apartments better than Greystar/Vora. If the cockroaches and silver fish infestations weren’t enough, the attitudes of leasing office staff made me regret signing a lease here. These apartments do not manage property— they sell leases. As soon as we signed, they started treating us worse than the cockroaches we eventually found. You can ask one question over the phone and get a completely opposite response when you get down to the leasing office (with a rancid attitude from staff on top of it). There seems to be a high turnover in the office. No one in that office is on the same page, and it does not seem like they’re TRAINED in property management, basic CA tenancy laws, or communication. For “luxury” units, they don’t even offer the bare minimum integrity. Basic professional development training would go a long way here. They deliver “Notices to Enter” like candy, for reasons that don’t make sense (and would better serve as an annual inspection rather than multiple occasions of staff entering your home unwelcomed). We did not feel peace or stability in our home as a result. They conduct the loudest blaring fire alarm testing IN UNIT where an alarm sounds deafeningly every 5-10 minutes for several days. The office said this was annual. The jolting noise was uninhabitable and painful on the ears even with earplugs. I wonder if they make the living experience so uncomfortable that you move out (so they can jack up the rent for the next tenant). When they finally decided to treat the cockroaches (which was almost two weeks after a neighbor identified the problem), they advised asthmatic tenants to stay outside of the units for at least 24 hours to avoid severe breathing problems from the fumes. They refused to comp us for reasonable accommodations. We had to pay out of pocket for hotels twice. The treatments didn’t even eliminate the roaches. The trash room was constantly filled, billowing over… The hallway, carpets, and walls are dirty and smelly from dogs constantly relieving themselves in the halls. The garage door was broken and unable to open for 5 months. No one is managing the property! Where was our money even going? And the final straw- we painted, replaced carpet, cleaned etc, and they still cooked up reasons to keep 80% of our deposit. They sent our tiny deposit refund to the wrong/imaginary address (even though we provided the same correct address to them on our 30 day notice document, and via email). We did not receive the refund within the time period required by law. Staff have to TRY to be this incompetent, and boy do they try. You’ve been warned."
