"Inconsiderate neighbors. Always some type of crime happening on the property. I’ve even been offered fentanyl by one of the tenants while walking my dog at night…. Extremely uncomfortable and disturbing. The place is in a state of disrepair and constantly being repaired causing much disturbances and inconvenience to quality of the living environment. Walls are paper thin and glass is single pane. You can hear EVERYTHING happening inside your house from the outside. Maintenance uses extremely dangerous methods to keep the place looking ok. Only good thing about this place is the office staff. STAY AWAY AT ALL COSTS!"

"Just a bad experience from the beginning(6 yr resident), I have seen 3 management teams. The so called upgrade wasn't what it was suppose to be compared to the model shown. We moved in after the unit was suppose to be completed, but was not. People smoke on property, elevator issues/dog urine in it. Always plumbing issues and I could go on. But after all that they wanted to continue increasing our rent $200 for 2 lease terms but we moved. And it was no other perks or benefits for residents. THIS PLACE IS NOT WORTH IT!"

"Where do I start? My first week living here, my motorcycle gets stolen in the parking garage. The elevator in my building breaks every week. It takes 3+ weeks to replace a boiler in my building so it’s a toss up if I get to take a hot shower when I get back from the gym. I see cleaning people sweeping the sidewalk and the interior of my building doesn’t get touched. That makes 0 sense. Some kind of project was started fixing the hand rails a month ago and still hasn’t been finished. How long will it take to paint? Who knows. I can’t wait for my lease to be up."
