The facilities were consistently kept clean, addressed concerns promptly, maintained open communication, and went above and beyond to ensure a positive living experience. I specifically am thankful to Lydia and Taylor who were not only efficient but also incredibly friendly. Their warm and welcoming demeanor makes interacting with them a pleasure. They created a positive atmosphere, fostering a sense of community and making me feel genuinely valued. It's refreshing to have workers who combine professionalism with such genuine friendliness. No corporate, straightforward folk. I had a myriad of issues on my end while trying to move out, and felt stuck and unsure of what steps to take because my lease had ended and my move-in date had passed. Lydia reached out and offered me both comfort and solutions in my sticky situation. They do well hiring here!!!"

"Lived here for a year and a half... They will nickel and dime you in every possible way, water shutdowns are frequent, extensive, and have little or no warning. Elevators regularly break down, and are frankly frightening at times (I've watched the elevators attempt to start moving multiple times with the door still open. I have been injured multiple times trying to hold the door open because the door open button does nothing. These elevators would crush a pet or small child and only then would they recognize something in the way of closing. Not to mention elevators are ridiculously slow and they keep the fan off so there's no airflow and they get very hot. Price increases are outrageous, much above inflation or general COL increases of the area. Oh... Did I mention I had fleas upon move-in and that it took weeks to resolve? I could keep listing problems with this place, or Irvine company apartments in general, but this place has wasted enough of my time. Avoid at all costs!"

"Living at Harborview Apartment homes is one of the best experiences I’ve ever had living in an apartment complex! Most importantly what stands out to me is there quick turnaround when it comes to maintenance whether it’s in the unit or it’s in the apartment building itself. I want to give a shout out to Austin from the maintenance team who’s been tackling my maintenance request as soon as they are made. He does a very good job at diagnosing the issue and finding a rapid solution whether it’s through him or through the vendor. He’s very amicable and great to work with. Overall, I would advise anyone looking to move here to do so!"

"Lydia is an absolute angel. She welcomed me and made me feel right at home when moving in. Her friendly presence was such an awesome way to start living here. She goes above and beyond to be the most helpful I’ve never witnessed so genuine kindness. My bed got delivered and wouldn’t fit in the elevator. SHE MOVED MY MASSIVE HEADBOARD UP THE STAIRS. Physical labor and with a smile on her face. So so so so thankful to have her here."
