"Myra is an amazing manager! She responds in a timely manner and always accommodates any requests. She also makes sure she follows up and follows thru on any issues we have. She started closing the gates at night making us feel safer. She also makes sure the dumpster area is neat as it gets messy during the day. I see her walk the complex every single day. THANK YOU MYRA!!!"

"So far the complex has been okay. It looks pretty from the outside with green grass, well maintained, a fountain spraying water for looks, near the front office, and they allow dogs! Not too bad! Every apartment complex has issues, though. This is Escondido, so there will be homeless people outside the complex and entering it. A one bedroom is honestly only big enough for 1-2 people."

"Absolute dump. Faulty equipment, extremely dated appliances and wiring, and windows as thin as paper. Master bathroom's toilet exploded the first night, running water smells faintly of gasoline. Ignoring the fact that people regularly break into this "gated" community to vandalize cars and tag buildings, management does not keep anything remotely clean or safe. Trash everywhere. Guaranteed to get your car trashed in the parking lot by vandals or miserable drivers. Security spends maybe five minutes "patrolling" every hour. Only thing being policed is parking violations - there's almost always a tow truck here. We're also being robbed for every penny we own with $350+ electric bills that management refuses to address, constantly sending us back to SDG&E, who can't perform an audit anytime soon. Maintenance doesn't tell you when they'll show up, forcing you to take off work indefinitely to make sure they don't do a slack job. They also aren't qualified for most of the work that needs doing. Don't move here. Don't even visit."

"I've lived here for a year now and wish I could have found a better place before my lease was up. Working 50+ hours a week on top of a busy schedule with 2 kids, we would have moved in a heart beat. The neibors are a constant noise maker as well as the parking here. My husband has had his truck towed twice already and broken into twice as well. I DON'T RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO ANYONE!!! The maintenance is awesome though I do give them that. There very prompt and courteous as well. Very nice. Great school location though."
