"If you like alarms going off at night, screaming outside to wake you up in the morning, gun shots at night, fear for the safety of your vehicle and personal safety, and great views of a homeless encampment just a few yards away, this is the place for you! As far as the hotel goes, I'd give it 4/5 starts due to cleanliness, shape of hotel, shower water pressure, and employee politeness, but it did smell like they were covering up marijuana smell in the room. The location and fear that comes from staying there is where the 0-1/5 starts comes from."

"The bed is very comfortable. The price was well worth it. The check in support personnel was Christian very friendly and was helpful to assist me with getting my luggage upstairs."

"Convenient location, but a noisy night We chose this hotel for its close proximity to the Safari Park, and just for spending the night. The staff was courteous and made our check-in pleasant. However, the hotel is next to a couple of closed or abandoned businesses that seem to attract squatters. These businesses are equipped with really loud motion-sensor alarms that went off multiple times during the night, disrupting our sleep and scaring the kids. The hotel staffs acknowledged the issue and shared that they tried to talk with the business owners to rectify the situation without any progress. The noise from the alarms was a significant drawback. Future guests might want to consider this before booking their stay."

"Stayed here for one night on a work trip the staff at check in was very friendly, room was very clean. When I checked out I forgot my Apple Watch charging on the wall. When I noticed I rushed back thinking it was gone. It was house keeping had gotten and returned it to me. Very honest staff very grateful for them."
