They are located close to the shopping center, in Poway USD and sit in the perfect spot here in Caramel Mountain. The apartment also comes with a fantastic gym and other great amenities. The support staff and Jose and Tina and Shelby were always helpful and sweet and couldn’t say enough positive things. "Best staff, Shelby, Lily, George, all very cooperative, understanding and helping people. Tina is the maintenance guru, she's so kind. This is a safe and well maintained community, but the infrastructure is very old, even though the apartments are partly remodeled. Walls are thin and windows panes are old. I loved living here for the last 15 months. It was a peaceful stay."

"7 Years ago in late July, My wife and I secured a 2 BR apt at the Jefferson from NYC by working with Shelby & Lisa. They sent us videos of the apt, grounds & answered all of our questions! We sealed the deal over the phone and drove cross-country to our new home! The level of professionalism we experienced then set the precedent for the next 7 years! If we had to do it all over again knowing what we know now WE WOULD HAPPILY move to the Jefferson again! The Leasing office team is great, the maintenance team is equally great, the apartments are VERY homey (we lived in 3) and well kept. Grocery and other stores (everything you’ll need) is right in the area. Close to the freeways but very quiet. My family and I have zero complaints about the Jefferson! We loved our 7 years here and as we move on to home ownership, we know future residents of the Jefferson will enjoy this community as much as we did! So if you’re on the fence between another community and the Jefferson, go with the Jefferson, you won’t regret it! The rain caused some issues in our garage this past week, the front office was quick to get Jose by to look into the the situation.
