Management has always been responsive with my requests, maintenance is timely and efficient, and I love the fact that the apartment itself is brand new and kept in great shape. I have had no issues here. It is also in a great location, very close to Carmel Mountain Plaza. I’m very glad I chose to move here! I highly recommend this apartment."

"Called to get details on the apt and asked for a virtual tour as well if an apt can be held. The leasing agent seemed SO bothered in answering questions with an attitude. She was giving miserable energy to the point that It deterred me from even considering this place. I realized if it's that hard to get information or ask questions from the property management then I def would NOT want to move here."

"Ive been living here for about 2 years and its been spectacular. Honestly, nothing breathtaking or anything too extraordinary but i liked that. I dont have much complaints and i say thats pretty good review:) Management changed overtime but they handled it really well My move out was super smooth and easy No weird charges on my move out Theyre very real! Thanks for making my stay pleasant"

"This place is new. Two phases are ready for leasing now in 2021 and two more phases will be built by the end of the year. I just toured it. I liked that it’s new! They has good amenities including swimming pool, kids structure, and gym. The location is nice just next to the 15th. The kitchen design is nice. I liked the brown color of the cabinets. Seems there are plenty of cabinets in the kitchen. I liked the appliances. There are whirlpool full size stacking washer and dryer. I didn’t like the apartments’ layout much because only one bedroom has walk-in closet and the other has slide door closet not walk-in. Also the there is only one tub in one of the bathrooms. The other bathroom has sliding doors to cover the shower area. The last is the patio is a little small."
