""Ok" place. Very outdated with old cabinets that just get repainted and popcorn ceilings. No air conditioning, thin walls. Windows are old and not sealed very well. The alley way gets a lot of random unwanted night traffic. For the rental price, it's very possible to find something more suitable elsewhere."
"5000 people are living in the many surrounding buildings crowded on top of each other . The college generates massive traffic 15 hours a day. No security and lots of sketchy people in the area . Do the math."
