"Me and my roommate toured the Apartments this past Saturday. The manger was very sweet , she had drinks and snacks for us . We weren’t able to rent because they didn’t have 2 bedroom apartments Available for move but, she did give us information for other properties. Her company manager who have what we are looking for. We have a few more tours scheduled next week. Hopefully we going what we are looking for soon."
"The following is an honest review from a tenant whos lived here from December 2020 to November 2022 We first moved in December of 2020. At that time the rent was 1400 for a 400 square foot studio. We did have to pay for trash/water/sewer and for us, that price changed every month so it was never a set price. At the time it was a bit pricey but as of now November 13, 2022 I was told rent for the same studio is up to 2,100. Before new management the place was nice. Our maintenance requests were dealt with quickly, it was easy to talk and to communicate with management and people at the front office. The place was well maintained and cleaned on a regular bases. Concerns and complaints were taken seriously, and management was VERY helpful and understanding during the pandemic when I lost my job and we couldn't pay rent in full at the time. But, at some point, new management came and a lot of that stuff changed. In our personal experience with the unit we've experienced: - Our garbage disposal being messed up twice - Four separate occasions where termites were present (according to the apartments maintenance) and were swarming our window - caterpillar like bugs that were latched to the ceiling and fell onto us in our sleep - Lizards that can crawl into the unit - Multiple roach/water bug encounters - An ant infestation - Lack of grounds keeping (leaves and debris from trees all over the ground, a disgusting laundry room that had broken machines 90% of our stay there, poorly maintained plants that were dying and dried up) - Poor communication with new management ( wouldn't answer our emails and when they did it was days sometimes even a week to get a response, failed to show up multiple times for maintenance requests) - Kids that would hit the ball at the laundry room and would hit our window multiple times with the ball too - Complaints either straight up ignored or not taken seriously -Hectic parking (as our spot was one of two on the main street which made it hard to come and go especially with the nearby school traffic) -Homeless people walking straight through the center plaza making a lot of noise knocking stuff over and leaving shopping carts everywhere - Non stop sirens from ambulances and police pulling people over right on the main road and leaving their lights on (which woke us up a few times) - The consistent jets flying by from the military base - Trash pickup refusing to collect trash causing a massive pile up of trash in the alley - Car accidents almost every day at the intersection -Rent increase - Stolen packages (not necessarily from neighbors but most likely from people walking on the street as the building is right on a main road where many people pass by) Overall the place was nice to live in at first but became a horrible living experience after about a year. We have reasons to believe that new management was purposefully giving us a bad experience so that we can move out and they could start their remodeling/re-branding."
"INFESTED WITH ROACHES. Property owners will tell you that the problem has been solved and that they treated the complex but that's a lie. Before I moved in I explicitly asked about the reviews on the roach problem and they assured me it was treated. I've had roaches almost daily in this apartment since I moved in and have had to fight tooth and nail to get pest control in here a handful of times. (Don't get me wrong the management and staff are really great, it's not their fault that the owners won't tent. ) I can't wait until my lease is over. Never ever ever going to move into a pacific living properties complex EVER again. I'd rather live in a cardboard box. Do yourself a favor and don't move here. Response to owner** Yes pest control did come to my place, it also showed me there's a real infestation problem since I've had dozens more roaches since then. You're trying to cover up your lack of response to rid the apartment of the bigger issue."
"I've been in this same apartment for 20 years, long before it became an Elivia property. The location was good back then, as it is now, but there was nothing special about it. Now, there is landscaping, dedicated parking, security patrols, 3 different laundry rooms with the newest equipment, a swimming pool, and a maintenance crew that will take care of any problem as soon as it is reported. There is definitely a family atmosphere. Did I mention the awesome location? Freeway close to everything. I hope to be here for another 20 years."
"BEWARE!!! Moved into apartment to find out 2 months later that whole complex needed to be treated for a cockroach infestation. After the treatment was done about 20+ roaches appeared every day coming through the walls.. no matter how clean we kept the apt or use sprays and traps there were cockroaches EVERYWHERE!!! It was the most disturbing thing I have ever witnessed in my life.. On top of this there was a new apartment manager every month and each was more useless than the previous one.. no one would return my calls and majority of the time no one was in the office...When there was someone there they would always have to "ask their manager" for basic questions. When my lease was up THANK GOD they only gave back $100 of the $500 security deposit.. the apartment was spotless and had been newly renovated prior to our move in.. I was charged 120 for carpet cleaning which the bedroom was the only room with carpet and it was brand new.... this entire complex is so poorly managed and was a nightmare to live in.. The outside dumpster which homeless men live in (no joke) is honestly a better option then this dump. Sean the maintenance man is the only good thing this apartment complex has going for them. Please do not make the same mistake I did.. there are far more nicer apartments in the area and for lower the price."
