"Not a good place for families and kids to stay. Not so friendly neighbors in this community. Most of the people here are labor class people and they dont have any decency in their behavior. They bring big trucks and park it on both sides of your car and they dont care how the middle guy will get in or get out of his car. Instead they suggest us to park our car somewhere else away from the assigned sheltered parking spot. I would suggest anybody trying to rent here give the last preference to this property. Homeless roam around on the same road so need to watch your stuff regularly. One homeless lady used to regularly sit and pee beside our living room window. The management guy helped chase her away. But this problems tend to occur in this community. Maintenance response is good , somebody attends to the issues inside the apartment immediately. But the property is old. Lot of patch work in the carpet. Not good water pressure in the bathrooms. I see 2 families living in the same apartment though the apartment is meant to be occupied by only 1 family. So the overall water,trash bill comes onto the neighbours as well. Everyday I see 1 guy, comes daily on a scooter (those birds, electric scooter) with a co-rider on the same scooter. He drops the co-rider near the wall common to Target and that co-rider jumps over the wall to go to Target. So there is risk that Strangers can come here."

"Lived here for two years. The area is ok, neighbors can be unruly and loud outside and inside the apartments. Definitely call ahead to ask if management is in the office - you might end up waiting hours. On the plus side, maintenance is excellent, their turn around time is very much appreciated. If you do move out, they'll take a good chunk to clean the carpets and repaint the walls. It's nice that it's next to Target, but the morning trucks can definitely wake you up when they back out. There have also been a couple incidents where the police came due to unwelcome visitors and homeless people."

"My grandmother and I are new tenets to this complex and both Kris and Veronica made this entire move process a breeze! They definitely provide exceptional customer service and were very patient and professional with handling my grandmother's unique needs prior to moving in. We absolutely love this complex as well as the location and how quite and beautifully landscaped the premises are. My only concern is that some of the parking spaces are extremely small and hard to get into, I've already scratched the paint on my car trying to squeeze into my assigned spot BUT there's always ample parking on the street not too far from our complex so I can not complain. We're extremely satisfied residents and grateful we found this hidden gem. Thanks so much to the amazing management team for going above and beyond for your potential, future, and current residents. You all are amazing!"

"I lived here from January 2016 to January 2017, so my review my be kind of old, but here it is: I lived in unit 4. The apartment complex was really quiet, I never had issues with my neighbors (no loud noises, music, etc.). The AC worked very well, the stove also worked very well. The only issue I had is that I just needed to ask for the kitchen sink to be fixed 1 time and they did it 2 days later (they let me know in advanced it was going to happen 2 days later). The person fixing it had my permission to enter the house after a certain time (say 10:00am) but he got there waaay too early (say 9:00am), I was still asleep (I used to wake up at 9:45am), so he obvisouly scared the #$% out of me. Other than that awkward experience, everything else was fine during my whole year there. I just wished my assigned parking spot was closer to my apartment, but I mean... it's just a little walk. Oh, and even tough the apartment was great, I still considered the kitchen counters and the bathroom to be old. Hopefully they renovated them."
