"I would absolutely not recommend. The photo basically sums up how they “handle” problems. Water goes out just about 3 times a week. Jenny, the property manager, is NEVER in the office and is very hard to reach. There is NO street parking after 6pm. Generally awful experience."
"Jennifer the leasing office lady, was really good at her work. The maintenance job used to get done in time. They turn off water at least for an hour in the morning at around 10 am, most of the time. So, try to get done with your household chores before then. Assigned parking is available."
