"Quiet but way too expensive for the size and the area, it is advertised as being very close to the transit center but you have to walk around many blocks to use pedestrian crossings to get to the transit center or risk jay walking since it is only 100 feet away."
"I've been living here a while now and for the cost and what you get is really good. It's crazy quiet at night and you don't have to deal with people coming in and out all the time like other apartments. They also do a pretty good job taking care of the place and the pool isnt always crazy busy. A nice place for a small family who likes to mind their own business. I'm surrounded by good neighbors who are QUIET. I feel like the finally got the management right too!"
