"Update: Ok, thank you Pacific Bay Club for responding, reaching out, and working with us. In fact, I see that you've turned off all but 2 of the lights the past few nights. And, while that's not perfect, I certainly do appreciate it. I think they just need a tiny bit more adjustment downwards so it doesn't seem like there's a parking lot across the street lol. But I trust you'll do what you can. I'll upgrade this review, and probably just delete it after a few days after you've had time to read this. Thanks again. I live across the street from these apartments, and last week they installed these 4-5 flood lights on the roof that shine directly into my unit. It's so bright that I didn't realize the sun had set completely. They shine directly into our kitchen, living room, and bedroom. It's greatly disrupted our sleep. Isn't there some kind of local ordinance for lights that are a nuisance?"

"I just moved here from Las Vegas and had to do a lot of my searching online I cannot thank the leasing office staff enough especially Gerald for all their help! They went above and beyond and were so professional and helpful. When I arrived I was absolutely blown away and felt extremely lucky the place is beautiful it’s clean it’s well kept quiet peaceful serene the entire staff all the way to the grounds keepers are courteous and kind and helpful. The neighborhood is so safe and charming great views great place I’ll definitely be staying awhile. Thank you guys for making my move so much easier. Amber"

"Overall, my experience at Pacific Bay Club was extremely positive. This was my first time renting, so there were a lot of unknowns at the beginning, but now I can say I was definitely quite lucky to have chosen this as my first apartment. Michelle and Varunee at the leasing office were extremely helpful for any and all questions that I asked during my 9 month stay. Any repairs or maintenance that I ordered were quick and the staff was always respectful. I had essentially no noise complaints. Parking was not a problem at all, as we had assigned spaces, with a courtesy dispatch as well, just in case someone was in your space. The studio that I rented was quite roomy. Though I don't remember the exact square footage, it was definitely larger than most studios I had researched. The studio had been recently remodeled and was in excellent condition. There was a balcony that faced the 5 freeway, so you could hear a bit of noise if you had the sliding door open, but other than that it wasn't too bad. The surrounding Bay Ho neighborhood seemed quite safe and friendly, so that was a big plus too."
