"I was visiting my friend who stays here. The place is kept and neat."
"No studio or even 1 bedroom should be this expensive"
"Very nice looking but take the time to look at deatil and its actually kinda just sloppily thrown together and the walls are paper thin you can hear your neighbors T.V."
"Okay. But quite pricy for a studio"
"These apartments are advertised as luxury, but are far from what I would expect from a luxury rental. In my opinion, $1395 for 475 square feet could be much better spent elsewhere. Here are several reasons why: • My parking spot was on a speedbump • None of the cabinets close • It's extremely hot in unit, (unbearable to sleep in Summer) but screen door is cheap so you can't leave the sliding glass door open or bugs get in • Sliding glass door is not sealed, so bugs get in regardless. Silverfish, fruit flies and spiders in my apartment the whole six months and I always kept it immaculately cleaned. • Property management scheduled bug spray on wrong day. I was supposed to be working from home, and I was not allowed in my apartment to work from home. I had to find somewhere else to work all day. • Walls are thin, can hear everything in neighboring units, and I mean everything (them going to the bathroom, what they're watching on tv, etc) • I scheduled a maintenance request for my sink sprayer that was broken upon move-in. It was noted that parts were ordered, I waited a month and received an email that the work order was completed and closed. I had to email and say it was never completed. It was rescheduled- turns out “parts” were taking out the sprayer in my kitchen sink completely and covering it with a metal ring (not a repair whatsoever). • The shower head is made for a 4 ft tall person. You have to squat every time you shower. • People at apartment next door’s smoke goes right inside the apartment • Not only are homeless people dumpster diving in the trash and recyclables, but so is a resident. Property management was made aware of this, and did nothing. • There is a bird in Unit 25, constantly squawking, even though the online pet policy says cats only. When I asked property management to look into it, they took forever to respond – after emailing for several weeks, they said the resident would make sure to take action to eliminate further complaints. They did not. • Entire residence smells like a mixture of marijuana and cat hair and pee. • Property management assigned a Lincoln town car and a F150 to park back to back, blocking the exit to the parking lot. • Black Volvo parks in tow away fire zone – speeds through parking lot all the time – nearly hit me twice. Apparently he has a "deal" with property management to park in that spot, even though it is marked with a fire zone line and tow away signs. It would probably make more sense for property management to label this as a parking spot and not a tow away fire zone. Especially since they have had a fire in the complex over the past couple of years. • The lease states you will receive your entire deposit back if you return the unit in the same manner you received it, minus normal wear and tear. Mine was, and I was still charged for them to clean the carpet and paint the walls. Property management is altogether unhelpful and rude. For such an expensive rental, I would expect (very minimum) for staff to be helpful and courteous. I wish I would have known all of this beforehand. I would never have rented from here!!"
