"These are far from luxurious apartments . They're finally doing the bare minimum in repairs and now that they have changed the name they're hoping for a fresh start. What are you guys doing about trash over flow? What about the cars double parked all night or neighbors blocking eachother in? Do the new apartments have layers upon layers of paint, only to tell leasers they're " new appliances"? What about the mail locks constantly loosening? And mail be stolen? Our apartments still have a stapled numbers to mark the units. It's been almost 2 years? All the outlets in the walls are loose. By 4 -4:30 there is no managers in office , even though the hours are until 5. Also if you are a tenant who has trouble climbing stairs (even 1 or 2) good luck. There are NO access ramps for wheelchair users. These the classic "managers special " apartments you hear about."

"I have been here for 13+ years. Seen a lot of managers, and owners, come and go. Seen some minor improvements here and there. But the recent improvements with new lighting, remodeling of the pool and overall feel of the complex has been great! The new lighting imprudent security to a degree beyond measure. Maintenance and management are responsive and fix the issues in a timely and efficient manner. The newly remodeled units are great. My only comparing is that the longtime residents should be able to reep the benefits of the new remodeling."
