"Worst place to stay. Even when you move out they find ways to charge you and they don't inform you. The only notice you get is from a debt collector saying you are over due. No warning , no communication and even when you try to solve it they send you to corporate daddy which doesn't care about anything besides squeezing as much money out do you. Terrible , never live here if you want a decent management company"

"I've been living at Torrey Pines for several years by now and I love it. The location is great; right next to the UTC mall and now the Trolley. My unit has great canyon views...I have the best of both worlds. The complex is quiet, gated and secure. The management team is the best! Specially Blanca and Cesar. They are very professional and very friendly. They always respond promptly to any needs or repairs I might need. I'm very happy living here and I highly recommend it."

"I have been living at Torrey Pines Village for almost a year as a UCSD student and have been extremely disappointed with how the leasing office is managed. For the last month or so, we have been trying to reach the leasing office regarding some pest problems and repairs to no avail. We have called and left messages that were never responded to. We have physically gone to the leasing office during their regular weekdays hours of operation, for no one to be present multiple times. When we were locked out of the apartment and called their answering service, no one from maintenance ended up coming and we had to figure out our problems alone despite being told that the maintenance team was on their way. Their apartments are nice and the location is convenient, but no other leasing office in La Jolla would leave their tenants to figure out apartment problems that are the responsibility of management."

I feel really good having my son live here plus it is closed to his school. The place is very nice and quiet and the apartment is nice looks great. The building is fabulous, safe and secured. "I lived in Torrey Pines village for 3 years and it was a wonderful place to live. The staff is kind and responsive. Blanca was always available to help in any situation (truly the best community manager I have ever interacted with). The apartments are nice, spacious and very affordable. It's also a great location - central to everything in San Diego and right next to the UTC mall (which has been recently renovated and it's incredible!). I needed to move out to be closer to my job, but I wish I could have stayed. I would highly recommend this complex to anyone looking. It doesn't get any better than this!"
