"They hire immature ridiculously rude people to answer the phones, I was only going to ask a couple questions and then she cut me off and told me no there's a waiting list I said I don't care about a waiting list I don't want to be put on any waiting list unless I got some questions answered, She refused to answer any questions just basic questions about the apartments, then she asked me if I'd like to call back another time because I was having a problem, I told her that she was having a problem that she's working getting a paycheck and not helping the people that call in If she would have just answered a couple few questions and then after that told me hey right now we can't even put you on the waiting list I would have said no problem, to the person who hires these immature young girls don't do it, hire adults adults means over the age of 35 preferably 40 because then they are mature enough to handle a job."
