"I moved in a few months ago. So far I’m really enjoying the community events, cold brew on tap and free beer. The complex is very central, safe and updated. The office staff made the leasing process very smooth and easy. I would recommend anyone looking to move to the North Park area to move here."

"Their application process is a hair short of a scam. We were assured our holding deposit would be refunded to us if they could not find an apartment that fit our needs or timeline, and also told that the same holding deposit was valid for a year. At the time that this year expired, our entire account was deleted so that we could no longer track the records of this promise, and they are now telling us the deposit was never refundable and we've waited too long for them to bestow an exception. Overpriced and predatory."

Andrei supported us when we hit a few bumps in the road with our move-in process. The rent is worth the investment; BLVD's location, safety, and cleanliness are incomparable to other apartments we toured. It's only a few days in, but we're very happy with our decision!"

"I wanted to take a moment to warn any potential renters. There have been numerous screeching loud faulty fire alarm evacuations in the past year and then two fire alarms double day testings. The alarms have been an distressing ongoing issue for us tenants with no resolve. Also worth noting is the thin ceilings where we can hear all the footsteps etc in these units. For the price point its worth exploring other options. Hope this helps."

When I arrived, Emily gave me an excellent tour and spent a lot of time answering my questions. She followed up as promised and answered all of my questions about the application process. She was always friendly and prompt. I am very grateful for the great experience. If I hadn’t had a very special thing work out for my housing, I probably would have ended up here."
