Vive on the Park 8725 Ariva Court, San Diego, CA 92123

"Believe me. Do not move here. Fair warning. There is a massive water problem problem at vive in the park. Yes. In America, a luxury apartment with over 500 units has a recurring issue spanning 10 months of being able to provide WATER and HOT water to tenants. Trash service avg’s $80 for a single bedroom. Residents are slobs and leave trash in hallways. Gym is not well maintained. The on-site management does not care. Maintenance does not get addressed timely. Dishwashers and laundry Washers break, I helped out a nice family as they had no laundry for 5 weeks. Be warned!"

"New management and office staff is ruining what used to be a great place to live. Repair requests go unaddressed for weeks, and even when given a date of repair no one shows up. Double charged for lease after being told everything is normal on their side. Common areas go uncleaned due to what I assume is reduction in cleaning staff. Don’t fall for the 4 star rating as most of these reviews were for a property under previous competent management."

"Toured Vive on the Park with Maddie and she was so amazing!! Maddie’s professionalism and willingness to help made the leasing process smooth and enjoyable. She was responsive, knowledgeable, and went above and beyond to address any concerns. We love living at Vive on the Park and would HIGHLY recommend it to anyone!! They host events for residents monthly and truly care about everyone! The apartment complex is immaculate and this is truly the first apartment in San Diego I’ve felt safe at!! 10/10 would work with Maddie over and over again!"

"Had an amazing experience living on Vive on the Park! Beautiful location with palm trees, you feel like you’re living at a resort. Great amenities like pools, hot tubs, gyms with state of the art equipment, game rooms, lounges for parties and more! There’s a large dog park that is frequently visited by many friendly dogs of all sizes. Delicious restaurant Park Social attached that is great for breakfast, lunch, dinner, coffee, and happy hour. I would recommend living on the first floor so you can walk out into the beautiful tropical environment without having to take any elevators, especially convenient if you have a dog. Nicest apartment I’ve ever lived!"
