"Nice place if you can afford it"
"The apartments are beautiful! The one I had was upgraded with modern appliances! Plenty of sunlight! I love the location, it is super convenient with CVS, Pet store, UPS, 7-eleven, and a ton of places to grab a quick bit literally less then a 5 minute walk! The homeless never bothered me but you will hear them at night. Though, I got use to it pretty quickly. The kitchen is great and the living room is spacious. Maintenance is phenomenal, any requests I had were completed within a week. The complex itself has around 75 units. The manager, Lauren, does a great job considering she is doing everything by herself. She genuinely cares and has always went above and beyond. There was some trouble with people stealing packages but Lauren, the manager, was able to resolve that by installing new parcel lockers! Ya! Overall I loved my stay there and would have continued to reside there if I would have had a roommate! So if I find one this place will be the first I check! For the other reviews just keep in mind that the manager is one person for 75 units. If you have common sense just keep in mind that she may not be able to get to you right away but she will and quickly."
"Lauren the manager is so patient and understanding. Me and my cat really love living here! I recently moved to San Diego and this location. All the restaurants and shops nearby are so convenient."
"I’ve lived here for 4 years and love it. It’s in a great location, and is kept clean. Lauren is very friendly and very responsive to any issues I’ve had. I would say the buildings a little older but the insides are remodeled. And you can walk to so many places close by. It’s very animal friendly as long as you remember to keep them on a leash and pick up after them. Great place to live"
"ZERO STARS. DON'T LIVE HERE. The woman in charge of the leasing office is rude, cold and unhelpful. If you want a leasing agent who's aloof, disorganized and unsympathetic who hides behind their email move in here. When I first moved in, I brought doughnuts into her office to introduce myself and ask about the lease agreement. I moved in under someone else's lease so nothing was explained to me. She looked at me uncomfortably and told me there was nothing I needed to know. So I left, feeling silly for trying to be friendly and stay informed about my own lease. A few days later, I saw her walking to the elevator (she lives on site but is rarely in the office) and said hi and asked how she was, she ignored me. I'm in the process of moving out now which is hard enough after my grandma has just passed away and I wrote her an email on 8/1 (as I was going through security to fly home for her funeral), explaining that I wasn't sure what the process was (because she never told me) but that my roommate and I would be moving out on 8/31 because our lease ends 9/1. She unapologetically told me that the email was invalid and that my roommate and I would have to pay prorated September rent because our "vaild" written notice with signatures wasn't turned in on 8/1. She didnt care that I wasn't in California, all she cared about was getting in our pockets. This kind of inhuman treatment shouldn't be tolerated by someone who's in charge of taking care of your "home". This place never felt like home. Save yourself the headache and security deposit. DON'T LIVE HERE."
