"*update* I just moved last week for work but I ended up living in this building for a total of 3.5 years and I loved it! I loved the apartments and the neighborhood as well. Highly recommend! I've been living here for a year and it's great! The location is perfect, Ralph's, Trader Joe's, and Whole Foods are in walking distance. Not to mention all the bars and restaurants! The hospital is about a 10 minute walk as well. The best part about these apartments is the manager Rob. Hes super helpful and a genuinely nice guy. Highly recommend this complex!"

He was such a lovely person to speak to, and he answered all my questions and explained the process very patiently. I even had a chance to look around the complex. Even though I didn't end up signing I highly recommend for anyone to check it out."

The apartments have a great floor plan and are decorated with hardwood floors and lots of builtin cabinetry. Our manger is on site and he is the best. Rob takes really good care of us!"

"Lived here for 2 years in a one bedroom, overall a very positive living situation and experience. A nice community that is located smack dab in the middle of Hillcrest - great for walking to anywhere in the neighborhood. The property manager, Rob, is especially great and always very responsive and attentive to residents's needs. Any maintenance needs are taken care of quickly. Never too loud despite there being 40 units. Pet-friendly, good parking situation, good laundry room. Always felt safe and secure. The only reason we moved was because we had a need for a larger apartment. Only negative to be aware of is that the water gets shut off occasionally for maintenance (pretty normal for any apartment complex in Southern California). Rob always gives notification of any shutoffs as far in advance as possible so it's easy to plan around. A very minor issue compared to all the positives of Hillcrest Place."
