"What a neat place. My daughter was invited here for a birthday party. Kids had a great time. Staff was really good with the kids. Was super busy so maybe it would be more chaos. Plenty of seating, has a little "cafe" with food, snacks and beverages. Pretty cool."

"We held my daughter birthday party at Urban Air Madison today, she is turning 6. We booked a party room and I'm glad we did. We also got our own party host, Daisha. She was AMAZING! Daisha kept us informed about everything and was there every few minutes or so to make sure we had what we needed and answered any questions. It was SOOOOO busy, so the party room was a great escape when you needed away from the crazy. The kids all had a blast and I literally cannot put into words how nice it was to have Daisha helping out. Thank you Urban Air, and especially Daisha, for making Jayce's birthday so memorable!"

"The owner Brad is running this place into the ground honestly. They haven’t did any new rides but thinks being a member is a deal. They got rid of the 10.99 basic package for kids who don’t do the zipline only to up to 16.99 then say naw we don’t have it u gotta buy deluxe for small kids. Food prices are expensive. Rides always broke. Armed security because they think the black people are savages. They forcing you to buy platinum passes which is a scam honestly if the kid doesn’t use all the rides. I mean I think I need to open a theme park east to show Madison how it’s ran properly. Let’s not screw middle class families by exploiting the prices not offering any new attractions but increasing prices to do the same thing. The customer service there is a night mare from owner to management to the bottom. Bring back owners who care honestly. Broke rides that you are not told about in advance and no refunds I mean honestly I am in shock that I was ever a member looks like I’ll be going to Milwaukee and supporting a Better place. I mean if you have had a positive experience please keep supporting but me I think my time is up. Taking my companies business to sky zone in town. Change the prices here it’s over rated and the food is hella expensive"

"Kids and youth will love this place, plenty of adventures within. Just take the kids sans leave them in and they are going to have one of the best day of their life. Plenty of food options available inside. There are lots of rooms available for birthday parties. One of the must try place if you are around the area"
