"Great place to rent for a few months especially for those visiting UCSD. Clean and safe neigborhood with relatively good public transportation. Fair value for money in my opinion. Only downside is poor acoustic insulation but this is standard for the area and I doubt nearby condos were any better."

"Have been here for my UCSD studies and overall was great with my housemate for two years. Great location next to the bus stop, manager was always responsive and fixed anything needed (we had Sean and Brian), quiet and overall highly recommended. Got my whole deposit promptly which was also appreciated."
"Clean, comfortable and well appointed houses. We experienced very good and prompt care from our host Sean for our stay of 5 days. Very nice for long term rentals also for students and professionals. My son has stayed with them for a year and we have continued for coming year as well. We will like to stay here anytime we are at San Diego:)"
