"That new restaurant below (2020) is garbage. The food is unbelievably disgusting and the staff is even worse. Go to any other place an you'll be satisfied"
"Gloomy. Do not recommend. No amenities, lousy cabinet space, minimal windows and management is just petty and not friendly. And they'll nickel-and-dime you and steal $ from your security deposit."
"Do NOT live at The Point. The on-site manager is an insecure man named Jesse, whom nobody in the complex likes. He constantly nags residents with poorly-written, misspelled emails complaining about things. If you contact Jesse on the weekend, he whines like a baby and literally responds with "Hey, it's my weekend, too." Packages get stolen from the lobby all the time because Jesse refuses to secure the front door. Even the washer and dryer was stolen from the laundry room! The "secured" parking area is a joke of a gate that allows anyone to reach through with their hand and open it. People had their cars vandalized often. The grill doesn't work in the common area. The elevator inspection is 18 months overdue. They also charge from $50-$75 per parking space. Many of the spaces are below trees that leak sap all over your car (idiotic design). It's also $50 extra per month if you have a dog. And $50 extra for a small storage unit. When you move out, they charge you hundreds of dollars to repaint rooms that you didn't even use (spare bathroom, guest bedroom). Jesse is the main reason to not live at The Point. But the building itself is overpriced, most of the units don't have windows in the main living area, and many don't have enough cabinet space. Live anywhere but here."
