"Dear all clients of Iconic Property Mgmt, Heather Carpenter and Jesus are a couple of crooks. Iconic Property management offers terrible services as a tenant my washer was broken for 43 days (smoking and sparking) and was never fixed. They have broken every law under the sun and made me vacate 1601 Kettner blvd before my lease was up. They were legally required to send me my security deposit back by 2/17 and everyday I call and email and Heather and Jesus reply "it's on the way" these are scam artists and terrible people. DO NOT work with Heather - bad vibes all around. They still owe me 2,250.00. They also claim damage was done to the property that they cannot prove in any capacity. If you are the owner of 1601 Kettner Blvd Unit 12- I hope you see this!"

"Highly recommend! Raul was very professional, polite and conscientious. We’ve had a hard time finding paint to match in our guest bath where I needed a new mirror hung. Raul did an excellent job on patching the holes made from the old mirror, painting the wall to match existing paint color and then hanging the new mirror. Raul also cut and hung shelves in our guest bedroom. He finished all the work in a timely manner and made sure we were happy with the end results."
