"Ray is cool. Bryce is the middle man/cool. Location is dope. The McCormicks either don’t relay information properly, or this is just how the complex is run. I know it’s a beach town and everything is relaxed, but Silver Oaks, property management company that McCormicks run, always ask for more when we have been providing information that they requested. Now, their system for verification is a little behind, understandable. All that expensive rent money went to....somewhere effective. What irks me is the fact we went above and beyond and they still ask for more information. It’s as if they’ve never dealt with an Independent Contractor and in this case two. From my experience, property managers are about renting out their properties as fast as possible and while covering their own selves. I get it. But, now that I’ve gotten 3 different stories, I wouldn’t suggest moving here until the McCormicks fix their extreme application and communication errors."
