Foothills at Old Town Apartments

"Although I haven’t moved in yet - me and my husband have been stationed in California for the military and the entire staff I have spoken to has been EXTREMELY helpful with our application process and have been so patient helpful us. I live on the east coast currently so it’s been a whirlwind trying to get everything together and I can’t wait to call this place home!! Thank you to the staff and everyone who helped us - it has made our life so much easier to talk with kind and patient people!!"

"I lived here for a year and a half at the height of the pandemic and it was the best complex I've ever rented from. Now living in a place with terrible management and constantly miss the Foothills staff. They were always so helpful and friendly to me. The grounds were beautiful, we had a view of the mountain behind, short walk/drive to Old Town.. literally no complaints. If we still lived in Temecula I'd move back here in a heartbeat! Miss y'all!!"

"Is any apartment perfect? No. However we were charged an outrageous amount upon moving out and ended up owing money on top of them keeping our full security deposit. The carpet in these units is extremely cheap and not installed well, tactic to get extra money on move out? Most definitely. Our robotic vacuum tore up the carpet in both bedrooms due to how awful the installation was and there was no transition pieces installed from hard floor to carpet. Just tacked down..we were also charged for blind replacement for the blinds I notified them of when I moved in. We moved overseas for PCS so I didn’t have the time to argue with them but if we get stationed back in California we will not be going back to the foothills."

"Staff is absolutely brutal. Non Military friendly. Charged me 50 dollars for a pool pass I never got. I signed for it during a move from a 1 bedroom to a 2 bedroom. The apartments are nice and the Maintenance guy is awesome. I have seen a ton of staff turnover in the 3.5 years there but they are unhelpful. Glad I'm gone"
