"Nice clean rooms. Comfortable bed, I was knocked out, lol. The room facing the street can be loud till the clubs close, though. I really enjoyed my stay."
"Had a band playing till midnight across the street. Annoying my sleep. Guess Temecula doesn't have a noise abatement law. 7am to 10pm the hotel could have advised that to us. Maybe we would not have stayed!"
"I try not to leave too many negative reviews. However, this place has a bunch of things wrong with it... I'll try to keep it short. :( Firstly, building is not to code. For door gap, and for other safety reasons. Beware of stepping into the room!! Huge 2 inch gap at the door entrance you can hurt yourself, nearly twisted my ankle... NOT handicap/ senior friendly. Door key card pad is weak and needs to be in direct contact with key card, hard to open door. EVERY OUTLET IN MY ROOM WAS LOOSE AND MOST NOT WORKING!! This is a potentially dangerous electrical hazard. Not to mention frustrating. I wanted to charge my phone and tried every outlet until I found one in the wall next to my bed that had electricity, still loose... Any "remodeling/upgrades" they did is for all the wrong things that could wait. Like new sinks and mirrors when they needed new paint and plumbing... Needs new shower faucet handles. Very loose. Bathtub has no handle bar to help you out of the tub, couldn't get out without slipping, and with a rounded edge it couldn't catch water from shower, so water on the floor. Water restriction makes showering and filling up the tub very slow. Tub stopper was broken, too. Walls need repairs, paint is falling off at bathroom door frame. Breakfast isn't anything more than pastries in a bag. Just a bunch of carbs. Next to no additional sugar/creams for coffee. I don't think they have an elevator. Just old wooden stairs. Thankfully I'm on the first floor. Tiny pool, no hot tub. They do have laundry room and ice machine. I haven't fully investigated it to give details on it. Floors in rooms are filthy. Even after I used a damp towel to clean it myself...no point being barefoot after a shower if you're going to get dirty again. So wear socks. I extended my stay for a single day, not a weekend mind you, front desk did not use my Choice Hotel reservation to extend it, but instead charged me extra money by booking a new room from their computer. She did not inform me what the new charges where going to be when doing this. I found out by going to my bank app to see the price and since I checked into my room, she couldn't refund me anything or cancel this booking so I can do it online for better price.... Only good thing is the bed and pillows. Comfortable, but still thing sheets and blankets. ( In my room anyway.) Double encased mattress, so no bugs! Hooray. LOL If you're only here for a place to sleep and maybe shower, then yeah, it's ok. Luxury is SO not their priority here."
"If you don’t mind multi colored floor, tv with a pink hue, curtains with peek holes, furniture with a glitter top and barely adequate parking, then you are in luck! However, the bathroom was recently updated, refrigerator was a decent size and the room had a functioning coffee maker as well as microwave. I would not stay here again or recommend to friends. There are worse hotels out there, but I think a Super 8, Econo Lodge or Motel 6 would be better if looking for value AND comfort."
"The front desk was nice and welcoming. The location is perfect for exploring old town Temecula. The rooms just aren't up to par. When we walked it had an unpleasant smell, the mirrors were dirty and smeared and the sink had tooth paste, hair and other things that I had no clue what it was but it definitely was not clean. It was a good start but the rooms just didn't live up to the expectation of the first impression"
